The Sollos app
Music for the way you want to feel
Whether it’s deadlines looping or a busy mind or a day that’s hard to switch off from, Sollos combines music and science to help you focus, relax or sleep.
As Universal Music’s audio wellness app, Sollos brings you music from some of the world’s most-loved artists, including Ariana Grande, Post Malone, Kacey Musgraves, The Weeknd, Selena Gomez and Ólafur Arnalds.
Our new app helps you easily find something for the moment and discover which music or soundscapes work best for you.
Free to download from the iOS App Store in the UK and US, listening requires an active Apple Music subscription or trial, with no additional charge for Sollos.

Find your moment
Listening for an outcome
Sometimes you want music to be the centre of your attention. Sometimes you want it to help you do something else: concentrate on work, take a breather or settle down for the night.
The Sollos app keeps things simple, with our science-verified audio organised around three goals: Focus, Relax and Sleep.
Browse by goal, genre and mood to find something that suits your taste and the moment. Connect your Apple Music account in one tap, and you’re ready to listen.

A little more personal
Learn what works for you
What helps you relax might be different from what helps someone else.
Before and after listening, you can check in with how you feel. Over time, Sollos uses your responses to help you understand which sessions support you best.
Your profile page shows a personalised list of your most impactful sessions. Whether you’re looking for a familiar backdrop to work or something to help you unwind, you’ll know where to start.

Designed with science
Get to know the science behind the sound
Curious about what you’re hearing? The app lets you explore how Sollos uses auditory beats, nature sounds and other sound technologies to support focus, relaxation and sleep.
Our in-house science programme is an ongoing part of Sollos, with research published in peer-reviewed journals. You can learn more in the app, whenever you want to look a little deeper.
